Privacy Policy

Story Draft Lab is a static creative writing resource site. It does not include accounts, comments, advertising code, payment processing, newsletter forms, or hosted user submissions.

Current behavior

• Pages are generated as static files.
• Browser tools run locally in the visitor’s browser.
• No story ideas are sent to a server by the current tool plan.
• Google Analytics may be used to understand aggregate site traffic and page performance.
• No advertising code, payment tools, account system, comments, or hosted submission forms are included in this phase.
• The generator datasets are static files served with the site.

Analytics

Story Draft Lab may use Google Analytics 4 through the Google tag to measure basic site usage, such as page views, referrers, device/browser information, and approximate geographic signals. This helps prioritize content improvements and technical fixes.

The site does not use Google Analytics to collect story drafts, prompt outputs, account profiles, payment details, or contact form submissions. Visitors can use browser privacy settings, tracker controls, or other tools to limit analytics collection.

Browser tool behavior

The current browser-only randomizers use reviewed local data. They do not provide real-time AI generation, do not ask readers to submit drafts, and do not require names, email addresses, accounts, or saved profiles.

Generated combinations can be copied with the visitor’s own browser clipboard feature. The current site code does not store copied output or send it to Story Draft Lab.

Future review triggers

The policy must be updated if the site adds advertising, embedded media, downloadable forms that collect information, newsletter signup, comment features, payment tools, or any hosted generator that sends user text to a server.
